   Is this metametafictional, drawing attention to its own fictional nature by means of another fictional layer? And if you respond to my comment does this become metametametafictional? This commenter scratches his head in confusion.

   This is very like the “Thursday Next” book series by Jasper Fforde, where there is a parallel world where all the books are “real” but acted out by people as they are read by people in the “real” world. Very clever and funny.
