I once got a message from Ancestry that they could find no links to anyone famous! On the other hand, this: a “notorious horse thief and bigamist,” a greatgrandfather who married his own first cousin – out of desperation perhaps – a woman who somehow died from ingesting rat poison, and, sadly, several slave owners.
In my family we all have names like the ones farther away in the second pic but hey – better a bit crazy than boring 😀
