To be honest I had several others, but when I researched them, I found most actually existed. What a strange world we live in.

There are actually, I do remember now one which is pitch black with blind waiters – what an experience and don’t put your best attire on!

We have at least two of them in Switzerland. I was once there on a company trip. The experience to eat in total darkness is one of a kind and very special.

That you get the right food, and it is served not on your lap! 🙂

The servers are blind or have other seeing problems, they are used to see nothing and know what they do. If you have the right food or not you will not know because everything tastes totally different when you don’t see it. Cause when you see for example carrots you expect the taste of carrots but as you only know what you ordered and not where on the plate it lies you have to guess. It really doesn’t matter what you eat.

You are right – we expect what we see, so it must really be a unique experience. Thanks for your chat about this.

It really is – even if I knew what I ordered I had no idea which one was which and others said the same.
You are very welcome.

I wouldn’t even want to hazard a guess.

i made a sculpture called “Spoons For You” that was, basically, 4 thousand spoons inserted, handle down, into the lawn in front of Old Main, on the Western Washington University campus, a long time ago, and i’ve been a part of eating 4 pounds of rasins on a few occasions, when i was a cookie baker… but the only one that i don’t immediately identify with is the disappointing third grade lunch.

Truly amazing. My whole childhood was nothing but disappointing school lunches.
