I accept the ‘pass’ but not the *sigh*. I believe everyone has some creative ability in them…sometimes it just needs a little coaxing. I may have missed my calling as an art teacher.
Thank you – I am good at comforting people, finding solutions in emergency situations but real creativity like painting or such – no. Oh and I can knit and crochet if I have patterns to follow. But that’s okay – we have people like you in this world to give us inputs.
Knitting has always eluded me. I’ve tried to learn but just can’t seem to get the hang of it. I blame it on being left handed, but I think it may just be my lack of patience.
“I had heard of Captain Ahab—everybody for miles around, had heard of Captain Ahab—as a grim old captain who lived in a large and dismal house barricaded against whales, and who led a life of seclusion.”
I’d read it. 😁

I’d like to see Captain Ahab in a victorian wedding dress.

Someone needs to get working on the book jacket design.

I have to pass, I am a mostly rational person – not a glimpse of creativity is inside of me *sighs*

Oh lack of patience is my biggest hinderance on many things. Don’t be too hard on yourself.

I can just see Ahab cringing in a corner “Who are you great spirit?” and the ghost answers “Ohh please, call me Ishmael.” 🤣😂🤣

What the Dickens?! Not an Esquire but truly a Gentleman.
Capt’n Ahab could always appreciate a fine quality lace while being vengeful and reclusive.
Honestly though, it never would have worked out between them. Only ending in tears.
