But I’m sure there were wild boars, bores and Boers to contend with in the velds of Southern Africa. And a yummy meal of some instead of tinned Bully beef.
Where would we get the name for those overstuffed footstool thingies if not from the Ottomans?! Weren’t the prolitiferation of these Ottomans responsible for the downfall of the Ottoman Empire? People tripping on them all the time, etc. can’t hold onto an Empire.
And I’m sure there were men named Norman in the ranks of the Conquering army.
