Fun (or perhaps “not so fun”) fact: Gone With the Wind was incredibly popular in Nazi Germany’s reading circles in 1945.

I’ve never read Mitchell’s book, but I’ve watched (albeit reluctantly) the 1939 film. Technically a marvel of film production, but…ugh. “Lost Cause” propaganda at its worst.

😉😂📚💥No fear of offending ‘The Windies’, then W.R.?!

Ardent Gone with the Wind fans who follow all the latest (really?) news and events surrounding the book and film. They gather periodically in costumes from the film or dressed as Margaret Mitchell. Atlanta, Georgia, is their meeting place.
