The paper says they’re “facing capital offence”
(… interestingly enough, Safari thinks ‘offence’ is mis-spelled… but I digress…)
Not that they’ve been convicted…
Aren’t we being just a bit predicate…?

Haha, yes absolutely! And I believe Safari wants the American spelling “se”…but it’s a Canadian newspaper…
